we went there tonight and we were standing in line and they kicked us out and said we r not taking orders for 20 mins

Attended tonight for the first time. Was in the drive thru for close to 20 minutes. Got up to the window finally and specifically asked them to ensure that the order was complete. Got home and 3 of the 4 orders were in the bag. Attempted to call the store and only got voice mail. Will be the one and only time I return to the restaurant. Gave them a one star because I could not pick zero. I really hate when fast food restaurants can't get your order right!
