  Good pizza and decent deals but lately I have found Domino's to be a better choice.

  Horrible customer service. I called to ask a simple question, does the nearest location deliver to my area. I waited on hold for a couple moments (longer than I think I should have been on hold) and then proceeded to get a very unhelpful and rude employee. I could not understand her nor was my question answer then I was transferred. Again I was on hold for a couple moments. The wait seemed a bit long to me. I again got another rude person who was not helpful, inaudible and whom I couldn't understand and then decided to argue with me. I decided and told this person that I would not be furthering the conversation and will be taking my business elsewhere. Completely ridiculous. Customer service was absolutely horrifying.

  So much for 15 minutes and it's free... ordered my pizza, arrived 2 minutes early to pick it up and was told my pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. I said that it's been over the 15 minute time, and the employee proceeded to tell me that I still had to pay. I will not be purchasing from this Pizza Pizza anymore because this is the third time this has happened to me.
