We needed to urgently charge our camera's battery. The staffs were really nice to show us a hidden socket. Unlike the nearby Shoppers Drug Mart which rejected our request right away even after we saw empty sockets there, Harvey's staffs went out of their way to help us out. Customer service is not only about sell the customer a product, it's about assisting a customer.
